I am so into DIY projects especially if they will help me save money. Making makeup remover wipes are something that has been on my list for a long time. I researched different ways to make it and from reading reviews on all the different recipes I came up with my very own.
Most of the recipes I came across explained how to use a paper towel roll and cutting it in half. Let’s be honest here…who has time or patience for that!?! I definitely do not. Since this posed a problem I quickly troubleshooted and came up with an easy solution, Cotton pads. I got mine at the dollar store at $1.00 for 50. I now felt confident that I can attempt this recipe with out the mess and frustration that ensues by sawing a paper towel roll.
